From pre-production to post-production, we do everything in-house at Park Studio. Our company brings together a group of talented directors, cinematographers, producers, and editors who make the process smooth for our clients. Here’s how our video production process works:

creative development:

“THE BIG IDEA”

You’ve been struck by a spark of genius. Now the question becomes, how do you make it a reality? That’s where we come in. Let’s talk about how we can determine video objectives, target audience, key elements, and work within your brand values.

concept development:

“RUNNING WITH IT”

Great! You’ve picked us to play for your team. Now let’s get to work. At this point, we start refining “the big idea” and nail down the action steps needed in order to capture the vision for your project. 

proposal:

“THE PITCH”

Once we’re done discussing the needs of your project, we will draft an in-depth proposal that will include structural information, crew allocation, and a basic visual representation of how the final product will look.

pre-production:

“GETTING STARTED”

You’ve given us the greenlight - now the fun begins. During pre-production, Our team will establish a budget, finalize casting, locations, props, sets, script, wardrobe, storyboards, and crew.

shoot:

“SEE US ON SET”

Time to get hands-on. Whether it’s a sandy beach, a deep-sea dive, or knee-deep in the snow - our team has shot there. This is where the action happens. Park Studio will direct and shoot your video using the latest industry-standard gear. Travel not required? We have multiple production studio spaces available to rent. It’s perfect for interviews, music videos, and product shoots.

rough edit:

“THE FIRST CUT”

Now it’s time to put the pieces together. As a brand new puzzle, the pieces of your video are all over the place. That where our skilled post-production team takes over. Before you know you, the best shots of the day are assembled and your concept is taking a true form. The first cut will include selected music, sound effects, and filler graphics.

receiving feedback:

“LET’S TALK IT OUT”

This is where you come in. You’ve sat down and watched our first cut. it’s close but it’s not quite there yet. At Park Studio, not only is criticism encouraged - it’s necessary. Our goal is to make your video stand out so let’s discuss what’s working and more importantly, what’s not.

fine edit:

“GETTING WARMER”

Based on client feedbacks, we will revise the video and refine sound and graphics.

client approval:

“THEY SAID YES!”

We will send our fine edit back to the client. Finally, the client will provide us with any additional feedback they may have. The client will have 5 days to provide us with additional feedback on the fine edit.

finish delivery:

“TIME TO PARTY”

At the final stage, we will apply finishing touches such as color correction, voice over adjustments, and audio fixing. We will deliver the final files and complete the project.
